won't you be my passing legal pad?
well, I finished it last night.
not alone, mind you... oh no. my jumping skills are no where near what they'd need to be for me to finish the game on my own.
I spent the evening with beanakin, and I made a startling discovery.
(and yeah.... I know this is dumb... and I probably already should have known this, but in my defense I don't eat tater tots often)
tater tots are bits of potatoes clumped together.
now I know what you're thinking... and yes, I've always known it's not just a clever name... but I always thought they were mashed potatoes clumped together, not.... chunks of potatoes clumped together.
anyhow... we had tater tot casserole for dinner...
played some tmnt, then some tekken, then some mkda, and then a lot of god of war.
I still haven't gotten past those stupid ugly big green dogs.... well, on normal mode.
on easy we finished it up. we got past all these crazy jumping things... well, really, he'd get past 'em. I'd try a couple of times and fall to my death. then he'd take over and get us to the next checkpoint.
I love watching people play that game. like... really I think sometimes I like watching it being played more than I like playing it.
before we knew it the sun was up and the clock read 0600. it's super awesome to hang out with someone else who prefers nights; for once in the last 2 or 3 years I wasn't the one just coming alive when the other person's starting to fade off.
so I got to bed ~ 07 or so... and my dad shows up at 0830 to take my truck to the shop...
so now I'm relying on hitchhiking for the rest of the week.
and my tongue feels weird. not numb, really... just... I dunno... the top half is like.. super sensitive or something... and the bottom half isn't... and I think I scraped the roof of my mouth with a cough drop last night.
and my tongue is super red. like... bright red from the cough drops. and I think it's gonna stay that way for a while.
oh and the collector's edition of the boondock saints is out now.
I want it.
