it happens to me all the time.

I'm still coughing... and I think I'm gonna try to see my doc tomorrow.
this is gonna be tricky, since I think my truck's going to be in the shop starting tomorrow... for the rest of the week, I think.
irbyface has offered (really I think I kinda guilted him into offering, but still) to be my cabbie, but I'm not sure if that'll extend to early morning doctor visits.
I've still not gotten an email acct set up w/ sbc...
I really need to do that.
I guess when it comes down to it I could just call them...
but you know how uncomfortable I get when talking to people I don't know.
I think, if I've still not borrowed a pc from anyone, I'm gonna call sbc tomorrow.

I've met some pretty interesting fellas lately...
I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not, but I've mostly decided I'd like an SO again.
so I've been out a few times... met this pretty awesome guy named beanakin... he's got this bumper sticker that says "porn: it's cheaper than dating"
and I met a guy through tooter, who is decidely un-like anyone I thought I'd ever meet through tooter. lol - says he's not really friends with tooter, so much as someone he just chats with when bored at work. and mcrough (yes, I've christened him mcrough... sounded good in my head, I guess) is super cool too - particularly his aversion to wrestling rabid bears.
I also had my first official date with irbyface. he's got a macbook pro, and that thing is super awesome. that alone raises his sexxxy factor by at least 3 levels.... haha... he's fun, though.
and there's nazifab, whom I've grown to love... but I don't see anything good coming from that... I mean, it's cool that he lives out in bfe, but I dunno. he reminds me a lot of my friend scaggs... and I've not yet decided if that's good or bad.
I guess when it comes down to it I'm still not entirely sure I wanna get committed to anyone... guess that I even chose to use "committed" shows what I think of rltnships...

sarah lent me a couple of movies last week, so I watched lost in translation & eternal sunshine of the spotless mind last night...
lost in translation... was... well... depressing? I mean... it reminded me a lot... of... stuff.
lol
I dunno... I can't tell if I like it or not... guess I'll let you know if I ever figure it out.
and eternal sunshine is still as wonderful as evAR~ seriously I love that movie & have been wanting to see it again for so long.
now that, gentle reader, is ~the~ love story.
and I do wish I was more like her... I never can tell if someone's like... interested in me... and it'd be fun to just assume someone is.
well, untill I turned out to be completely wrong.
and now, of course, my ffx update:
thank god for turn based fighting; my battle with yunalesca was quite literally an hour long... I had to take an ice cream break! and I swear I used about 20 pheonix downs and about 35 holy waters... but I did take her down. and on the first try too~ I'm really glad I was roaming about trying to get yuna to learn 'full cure,' otherwise I'd have never stolen so many holy waters or phoenix downs.
what else?
I got all the aeons, and I got both the uh... upgrades for yuna's ultimate weapon, so that's super awesome. double ap, no damage cap, and 1 mp for all spells! I'm pretty stoked about that. I also got lulu's ultimate weapon, but for one of her upgrades I've gotta dodge 200 lightning bolts in a row. so far I've made it to... 17.

I also started playing blitzball... how I hate it... and yet, if I hadn't lost every. single. game. I'm sure I'd love it.
I also spent about 3 hours roaming about looking for a place to stick auron's rusty sword (wow that sounds bad, doesn't it?) before I finally found the right statue [to stick it in - haha]... I was/am super stoked about that, and it's definetly the highlight of my weekend.
and back to blitzball - I'm not sure why wakka isn't playing, ya know? I mean, he's a fucking blitzball player - his weapons are blitzballs... but beanakin lent me his ffx strategy guide and I've just now learned you can recruit him! last night I also went back to the boat and learned the 'jecht shot'... so hopefully my blitzball game will improve sometime soon.
and I totally cheated and used the strategy guide to find rikku's ultimate weapon, but mostly that was 'cause I was trying to find the statue for auron's ultimate weapon. and I brought the guide with me to work, to read up on it while I'm here.
oh wow. I'm such a nerd.
