because I told her if she couldn't find it, maybe she should take her computer to a shop to get the card replaced (instead of doing it herself).
we used to have a tech shop here... don't anymore, since we're so short staffed.
I guess we'll see if I get written up.
and if I do, I'm betting I won't care.
